Mr. McLeod's employee benefits law practice includes design and drafting of all types of employee benefits plans, such as profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, employee pension plans, stock ownership plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, cafeteria plans and stock option plans. Mr. McLeod represents employers before the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor in ERISA matters.
Mr. McLeod also represents taxpayers before all levels of the Internal Revenue Service and Missouri Department of Revenue. Mr. McLeod handles Missouri tax appeals before the Administrative Hearing Commission and United States tax appeals before the United States Tax Court and U.S. District Courts.
