Mr. McLeod's employee benefits law practice includes design and drafting of all types of employee benefits plans, such as profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, employee pension plans, stock ownership plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, cafeteria plans and stock option plans. Mr. McLeod represents employers before the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor in ERISA matters.
