Kim joined Elk & Elk in October of 2009 to expand the firm's expertise in handling employment-related matters. Kim's interest in civil rights and discrimination work was fostered by her affiliations as a student-practitioner at the non-profit Housing Advocates, Inc. and the Cleveland-Marshall Employment Law Clinic where her services were available to those otherwise unable to afford representation. Her focus at Elk and Elk will be Fair Labor Standards Act enforcement and other specialized employment matters.
