Robert McCarthy joined the firm in 2008. As a member of our Labor Services Group, Rob:
- Represents union and individual clients with labor and employment issues, including disability claims, employment discrimination and employee benefit claims.
- Attends hearings before Arbitrators, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Public Employee Relations Board.
- Litigates labor and employment related matters in state and federal court.
