Jeff Matty represents institutional and individual clients, providing specifically tailored and cost-effective representation in professional liability and catastrophic injury cases.  Mr. Matty focuses on medical malpractice, construction defect, labor law and negligence-related complex litigation cases in courts throughout the State of New York. He has also conducted investigations regarding potential ethical violations, and has counseled clients on issues of risk management and compliance with statutory mandates.

Prior to joining NLdH, Mr. Matty worked at other New York litigation firms, where he handled medical malpractice, catastrophic and personal injury cases. He also conducted private and court mandated mediations on labor law, premise liability and motor vehicle cases.
