Maureen McAuliffe, graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in May of 2008. Prior to joining the firm Ms. McAuliffe had worked in both the practical and academic areas of the law. Ms. McAuliffe has prior experience in family law, general civil litigation centering on civil rights litigation and wrongful death. Ms. McAuliffe also spent some time working with the Arizona Capital Post Conviction Relief Office, working on death penalty cases. Also prior to joining Campbell & Coombs, P.C., Ms. McAuliffe worked for Bar/Bri bar review and edited the books and materials most lawyers, in all fifty states, use to study and pass the bar exam. While a staff attorney with Bar/Bri, Ms. McAuliffe drafted many of the practice essays used and published in Bar/Bri’s Practice Essay Exam books in Arizona and Nevada and tutored Bar/Bri students studying to pass their state’s bar exam.
At Campbell & Coombs, Ms. McAuliffe’s work focuses mainly on working with individuals filing individual Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Ms. McAuliffe also has experience working on both individual and corporate Chapter 11 cases and those cases that require special attention due to emergency timing issues, litigation, or other complications in order to provide clients with the advantage of extra resources to attain the best results for them.
Ms. McAuliffe is a very dedicated sports fan. As a native of Buffalo, New York, she remains a very loyal supporter of both the Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres, regardless of their win/loss records. Luckily, Ms. McAuliffe has been successful in persuading her nieces to be avid Buffalo fans and enjoys watching all sporting events with them.
