Matthew's transactional practice covers general corporate matters, business formation, alternative investments, and real estate. Matthew is also a member of the Investment Management Practice Group. He primarily focuses on investments in private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, leveraged buyout funds, special situation funds and alternative, economically targeted and real estate investments and investments in open-ended, commingled funds and accounts as well as strategic partnerships for both public and private institutional investors.
