J. Benjamin Yeager earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Westminister College and obtained his law degree and Masters in Laws of Taxation from Capital University Law School. Mr. Yeager was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1999. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Yeager is a member of the Pennsylvania, Blair County and American Bar Associations. He was a member of the Board of Governors of the Young Lawyers Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and prior to relocating to Hollidaysburg served as an ex efficio member of the Board of Governors of the Young Lawyers Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
