David Matheson, a partner in the firm's Business practice, focuses on three primary areas: securities and financing matters, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. David counsels clients on raising capital through public and private equity and debt offerings and on acquiring, restructuring and disposing of businesses and assets. David also advises public companies on their reporting obligations under SEC and national securities exchange rules, and assists boards of directors and management on corporate governance and general business issues, including company formation, contract negotiation and employment contracts.
