Mr. Matthews is a general litigator, specializing in business litigation and real estate disputes. Mr. Matthews also specializes in the formation and organization of business entities. Mr. Matthews received his undergraduate degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing and International Business and a minor in Accounting and Economics from Brigham Young University (B.S. 1988) and received his law degree from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School (J.D. 1992). Mr. Matthews is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Whittier School of Law where he teaches courses in Corporations and Commercial Transactions (Uniform Commercial Code).
