Mayer, Jessica Rose

Ann Matthews is an associate in Wiggin and Dana's Corporate Department.

 

Before joining Wiggin and Dana, Ann worked for a major law firm in New York City where she represented public companies and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities. She advised clients on securities law matters, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.

Ann received her J.D. magna cum laude from Pace University School of Law where she was an Articles Editor for Pace Law Review and externed with The Federal Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York under the Federal Judicial Extern Honors Program. Ann graduated with a B.A., cum laude from Colby College and is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
