I have been practicing law since 1987. I am licensed in both Virginia and the District of Columbia. I have extensive litigation experience in domestic relations (child custody, visitation, and support; spousal support; distribution of marital assets and allocation of marital debt, etc.); landlord/tenant issues (commercial and residential); and general civil litigation in all Virginia local courts.

I work closely with small and medium sized business law issues, including but not limited to entity formation (LLCs and corporations), drafting Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements and employee-related contracts; commercial leases.
