Daniel Mast has been practicing law in California since 1979. Since 1999, he has been participating as judge pro tem and arbitrator with the San Joaquin County Superior Court.
His office is at the Tracy Law Center in Tracy, CA. Most of his clients are from Tracy and Manteca, but he also represents people in Stockton, Modesto, Ripon, Lathrop, Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin and San Ramon.
Most of his clients have been injured at work, or disabled from motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall accidents. Unfortunately, many of these accident victims are treated as the enemy by insurance companies. That is wrong. They should be compensated so that they can pay their doctors, therapists, and landlords, and buy groceries, so that they can live with dignity.
Most of his court appearances are at the Workers Compensation Appeals Board in Stockton, and at San Joaquin County Superior Court, Stanislaus County Superior Court, and Alameda County Superior Court.
He has been very active in the local community, as past president of the Tracy Jaycees, the past president of the Tracy Breakfast Lion's Club, and past Chairman of Good Samaritan Community Services, member of the Tracy Elks Lodge, Tracy Community Band, and Tracy Swing Band.
