Matura, Marijana

Michael Mascarello was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Economics, and Commercial Law from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Following his undergraduate studies, he attended Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan. During Law School, he participated in the State of Michigan Appellate Defenders Program, filing appeals on behalf of convicted clients.

Michael moved to the Las Vegas area in 2006 and was employed at a law firm working in the areas of insurance defense and business law. Michael was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2007, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the United States Bankruptcy Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Prior to joining The Bach Law Firm, LLC, Michael practiced for over two years at a Las Vegas/Pahrump law firm practicing in the areas of civil litigation, bankruptcy, family law, criminal defense, probate, personal injury, worker's compensation, and medical malpractice. He has also served on the executive board of the Bar Association of Nye, Esmeralda, and Mineral Counties and is a member of the Clark County, Nye County, and American Bar Associations as well as a member of the State Bar of Nevada Young Lawyers Section and the Las Vegas Young Professionals.
