Elaine H. Marzola joined Henness & Haight as an attorney in November 2011.  Elaine was born in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and is fluent in the Portuguese language. Elaine has been a Las Vegas resident since 1984. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Women’s Studies from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2006.

Following her undergraduate studies, Elaine earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2010. She passed the Nevada State Bar and became a licensed attorney in the fall of 2011.

After graduating from law school, Elaine served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Stefany A. Miley. While working for Judge Miley, Elaine was able to personally learn how the justice system works and the importance of having a competent and resilient advocate represent you in court. Upon completion of her clerkship, Elaine joined Henness & Haight to help injured individuals get the justice they deserve.

Elaine’s practice includes all aspects of personal injury, including automobile collisions, slip and fall, products liability, incidents involving children, social security disability and worker’s compensation. She is admitted in all Nevada courts and in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
