John Worgul is admitted to practice law in all State Courts of California, the Federal Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Patent Offices. John has been practicing in California since his admittance to the Bar in 2008. Due to his love of litigation John initially became involved in civil litigation and has been immersed in it since. He has handled cases involving catastrophic injuries, legal malpractice, claims against government entities, slip, trip and fall accidents, auto accidents, insurance bad faith, and other personal injury matters. Currently he handles all phases of civil litigation through appeal.
John obtained a Bachelor of Science, Biology, from Duquesne University, Bayer School, in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. During his undergraduate education John lived in Lueven Belgium where he studied at the prestigious Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and learned Dutch. Upon completing his Bachelors degree John gained experience working on tissue engineering and differentiating stem cell lines.
John attended the Duquesne University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude in June 2008. He graduate at the top of his class. During his second year in Law School John passed the United States Patent Bar Exam on his first attempt. John further distinguished himself in Law School by competing in trial and appellate moot Court competitions. He was honored as the Best Oral Advocate in the Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court for the Northeast region, a national appellate moot court competition.
John currently lives in the South Bay. He is an active surfer and lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and an active member in his Church.
