Hans J. Massaquoi, Jr. is a Shareholder in the litigation group. Since joining the firm in 1991, he has represented clients in ERISA, insurance coverage, UCC, fraud, general negligence, construction, real estate, products liability and employment litigation. Mr. Massaquoi serves as a Wayne County Case Evaluator, a privately- retained arbitrator, a court-appointed corporate receiver and as an Assistant State of Michigan Attorney General by special appointment. He has significant first-chair jury trial experience in both state and federal court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association and the Wolverine Bar Association.
