Patricia Speaker Martin has been practicing family law for more than 25 years. She has extensive experience in all areas of family law, including mediation and collaborative taw. She completed her initial mediation training with Sam Margulies in 1996 and her Collaborative Law training several years ago. She is a member of the North Jersey Collaborative Law Group. Ms. Martin received the "Carol Davila Service to the Community Award" from Alternatives to Domestic Violence in 2003. She has provided free legal representation to victims of domestic violence for the past 14 years by working closely with the Bergen County Domestic Violence Legal Advocacy Project. Ms, Martin was the Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Woodcliff Lake from 1995 through 2000 and was the Public Defender for Woodcliff Lake in 1994. She is also a former Prosecutor for the Bergen Central! Municipal Court. Ms. Martin also provides services to her clients in the sale or a purchase of residential real estate and drafts wills and handles estates.
