HEATHER is an Associate in the Jackson, Mississippi office. Her practice focuses on labor relations and employment law issues, as well as general litigation.

Heather counsels employers concerning human resources issues and in developing employee policies and procedures while also representing clients in maintaining non-union status; in defending claims regarding race, sex, age and sexual/workplace harassment discrimination and retaliation; in responding to EEOC claims; and in drafting employment severance, noncompetition and confidentiality contracts.
