Jillian A. Wood is a Senior Attorney and Team Leader with Stange Law Firm, PC in the Belleville Office. She is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Missouri.
Ms. Wood obtained her B.S. in Clinical Laboratory Science from Saint Louis University where she attended the University as a Presidential Scholar. She later returned to the University and received her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Public Health. During law school, Ms. Wood served as an intern with the school’s legal clinic assisting clients with child guardianship, child orders of protection, and special education advocacy. Ms. Wood also served as a research assistant studying the areas of Constitutional Law and Supreme Court voting behavior.
Prior to joining Stange Law Firm, PC, Ms. Wood represented clients in Missouri and Illinois in divorce, child custody, paternity, modification, and DFS cases at another local family law firm. She has also assisted in preparing appellate court briefs as well as appeals to the Missouri Supreme Court.
