Mason, Joshua D.

Tim is a California native who grew up in San Diego. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1980 and Hastings College of the Law in 1983. After five years in civil practice in San Francisco, Tim moved to Auburn in 1990 and joined the firm of Leupp & Wachob (former partner Charles Wachob is now a Placer County Superior Court judge).

While Tim continues to handle personal injury and other civil cases, the primary focus of his practice is criminal defense. Through more than twenty years of experience, Tim has earned an outstanding reputation for the quality of his representation of persons accused of committing crimes.

Tim's expertise and commitment to his clients has produced consistently outstanding results on charges ranging from driving under the influence to attempted murder. He also has extensive experience representing juveniles in Juvenile Court matters.

Tim's record of success includes winning acquittals at trial, negotiating dismissals of charges, and prevailing on motions based on illegal searches and Miranda violations. He is a member of both the Placer County Bar Association and California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.
