Sarah Martin concentrates her practice in labor and employment matters, representing and counseling private and public employers. Sarah's litigation experience includes defending management in wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, breach of contract, wage and hour, labor union, and tort actions as well as representing companies in trade secret and noncompetition matters. Sarah advises clients on a broad range of employment issues in management decisions, including employment policies and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Sarah is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. Prior to joining Jones Day, she practiced with the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.
