Jessica Martin is an associate in the Corporate and Transactional Department, and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

During law school, Ms. Martin completed an internship for the Honorable Judith Dein for the United States Federal District Court. She also worked at a law firm where she researched and drafted memoranda for issues concerning bankruptcy, tax, trusts, and SEC violations, and assisted with drafting an MCLE article on civil RICO.
