Mascher, Gilbert E.

Larry Woods received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his law degree from Birmingham School of Law in 1977.  He is licensed to practice law in all state courts within the State of Alabama as well as the United States District Court. 

Larry focuses his practice on real estate law including residential and commercial loan closings, foreclosures, refinances, contract and lease review, and landlord tenant issues. 
Larry also handles general estate planning, probate law and business organization. 

Larry has been married to his wife, Sherl, for 38 years and they have three children.  His daughter, Lauren Woods, recently joined his law practice in 2012.
