Intellectual Property Litigation

Mr. Marx has experience with a wide variety of intellectual property cases. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in patent infringement suits and trademark infringement actions. Mr. Marx has experience in many aspects of litigation, including pre-trial strategy, as well was fact and expert discovery. He also works with clients in
preparing freedom to operate opinions, including opinions of patent non-infringement and invalidity. In addition, Mr. Marx has prosecuted patent applications in a wide variety of art and technology areas.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining RMMS, Mr. Marx was an associate at Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Marx worked at Harvard Medical School and Beth-Israel Deaconess Medical Center as the Pulmonary Division Head Medical & Research Engineer for the Harvard University Center for Sleep Studies.
