Martinez, Nick

Dr. Nick Martinez is managing partner of Martinez-Odom Law Group and has practiced law for 20 years. He is a Tampa native and speaks both English and Spanish.

Because of his medical degree and strong science background, Dr. Nick Martinez is able to quickly understand the most complicated medical issues. He regularly evaluates cases of medical malpractice and personal injury caused by negligence. He regularly handles litigation related to auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, and trucking accidents.

Over the past 20 years, Dr. Nick Martinez has represented clients in federal court jury trials, circuit court jury trials, and county court jury trials; Social Security and administrative hearings and appeals; workers compensation final hearings and appeals; criminal court; bankruptcy court; and traffic court.

Dr. Nick Martinez is a Certified Circuit Court mediator and was the past chairperson appointed by the Florida Bar for the Committee on Grievance mediation and Fee Arbitration.
