Ms. Martin is a partner in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation. She has experience litigating products liability, warehouseman's liability, construction defect, negligence, warranty, and breach of contract claims in state and federal courts in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South and Midwest.
Ms. Martin successfully litigated the 1995 fire that destroyed the World of Primates facility and caused the death of 23 rare primates at the Philadelphia Zoo. More recently, she successfully litigated the crash of a passenger jet into a warehouse at the Teterboro Airport in New Jersey.
She has been practicing since 1985 and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Martin received her B.A. in 1976 from Bluffton College and her J.D. in 1985 from Temple University.
In addition to litigating and trying cases, Ms. Martin has been an author and speaker on various topics for publications and forums focused on subrogation. She has been selected as a Pennsylvania "Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics magazine. Ms. Martin has also been AV rated by the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating system.
