Christopher Marino practices in the Business Law and Litigation areas. He has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation including securities, antitrust, RICO, ERISA, bankruptcy, employment, contract, consumer fraud, and class action litigation. Chris has represented clients before the state courts of Massachusetts, New York, Delaware, Texas, and California.

Prior to joining Davis Malm, Chris was an associate at Beatie and Osborn LLP in New York, New York and was a law clerk for the Honorable Denis R. Hurley.
