Marlin, Beth B.

Lee’s practice focuses on municipal government, including litigation and dispute resolution. He has published and presented on state constitutional issues, including separation of powers. Before joining Foster Pepper, Lee served over four years in the Washington State Governor’s Office as liaison to various local government and community groups. Lee holds a J.D. and B.A. from the University of Washington.
