Jake Winfrey is of counsel in the Seattle office. His practice focuses on civil litigation with a primary emphasis on medical malpractice, as well as personal injury defense and wrongful death claims. Mr. Winfrey regularly advises health care providers on a variety of legal issues including hospital and physician risk management. He has additional litigation experience in the areas of construction, product liability and contracts. Mr. Winfrey is a frequent speaker throughout the state of Washington on medical malpractice and risk management issues. He was named to the Rising Stars list by Washington Law & Politics magazine six times from 2004 to 2010 and received the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Outstanding Litigation Associate Award in 2007.
