Mariscal, Karen B.

Donald Mantel, a Korean War veteran, retired from the practice of law in October 2001, but has returned to practice on a limited basis. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York bars and has been practicing for 43 years. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, received both his bachelor and master of law degrees from New York University and is a certified Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Mantel specializes in personal injury (auto, fall down, malpractice, products liability, etc.) matters but also has varied experience in all other areas of law including matrimonial, landlord-tenant, education, environmental, municipal, and insurance law.

He has tried over 150 cases to verdict and has been successful in negotiating settlements for both plaintiffs and defendants.
