Marcus, Harvey I

Nancy L. Manzer is a special counsel in the firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group. She joined the firm in 1989.

Practice

During her twenty years of practice, Ms. Manzer has garnered extensive experience in bankruptcy matters and civil litigation. Her practice for the past 10 years has focused primarily in the area of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. She has represented debtors, creditors, and other parties in interest in every stage of reorganization proceedings. Her practice has also included advising clients on issues arising under general liability, directors and officers liability and other types of insurance policies.

Recent Highlights

Ms. Manzer’s recent work has included:

• Representing purchaser of license for development of drug candidate in 363 sale
• Working with major retail corporation to protect its interests in various supplier bankruptcies
• Representing insurer with respect to issues arising from bankruptcies of its insureds
