Lynette Wilson represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including defending against race, gender, age and disability discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour disputes, breach of contract, and employment-related torts such as defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Lynette has experience in single plaintiff, class action, and collective action cases arising under Title VII, ADEA, and FLSA. Her experience also includes enforcement of restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements as well as protection of trade secrets. Lynette represents clients in the context of prelitigation counseling, discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal in state and federal courts.
Lynette is active in the legal community, including memberships in the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She also volunteers her time to Mi Escuelita Preschool and serves as a child advocate for Dallas CASA.
