Fritz Wilson handles a variety of civil litigation matters in state and federal court, including premises liability, construction litigation, dram shop litigation, personal and property casualty defense, and insurance coverage. Fritz's practice also includes representation of clients in consumer protection and warranty litigation, including the successful defense of various small businesses throughout the Chicagoland area. He has tried cases to verdict in state and federal court and has successfully resolved multiple cases by way of summary judgment or motions to dismiss . Fritz is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association, and various other professional organizations.
Fritz received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. While in law school, Fritz participated in George Mason's Moot Court Board and Trial Advocacy Association. Prior to entering law school, Fritz interned at the White House in Washington D.C.
