Samuel H. Williford is a partner with the law firm of Williford, McAllister & Jacobus, LLP, located in Ridgeland, Mississippi. Since joining the firm in 2002, his practice has focused on estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation, along with work in insurance, banking and corporate law. He is admitted to practice in all Mississippi State and Federal Courts and the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Samuel is a 1995 graduate of Mississippi State University where he obtained a degree in Business Administration. After working as a staff accountant with the University of Mississippi Medical Center, he earned his juris doctorate in 2000 from Mississippi College School of Law. Following graduation from law school, Samuel served as law clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Roger H. McMillin, Jr., at the Court of Appeals for the State of Mississippi.
Samuel and his family are members of First Baptist Church of Jackson. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar, Madison County Bar Association, Estate Planning Council of Mississippi and the Madison-Gluckstadt Rotary Club.
