Daniel Maloney has worked professionally in the legal field for more than a decade. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2010. Since 2011, Mr. Maloney  has practiced law exclusively in the following areas: Estate Planning, Wills & Trusts Administration and Litigation, Conservatorships/Guardianships and Elder Law including the provision of counsel regarding Medi-Cal planning, eligibility and recovery. His prior practice areas include criminal defense, immigration and civil litigation.
