Gilbert Malone is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, magna cum laude, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, Order of the Coif. A former attorney with the Judge Advocate General, Mr. Malone was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1963 and has practiced in York County since 1967, Mr. Malone’s practice is currently focused on real estate together with estate planning and administration. He also has broad experience in representing governmental units and served as counsel in cases that established the legality of agricultural preservation in Pennsylvania.
