Linda specializes in the area of product liability. She represents plaintiffs and their families in cases involving defective vehicles, vehicle components, industrial equipment, protective equipment, medical devices and consumer products. Ms. Williamson has worked with counsel in many states to bring justice to victims injured by defective products. She works closely with nationally recognized experts in many areas, including accident reconstruction, vehicle dynamics, industrial design and biomechanics. She has acted as liaison counsel for plaintiffs in the consolidated Ford/Firestone cases in Arizona and has successfully negotiated or tried to verdict cases totaling over $50,000,000 in damages.
Linda has a special interest in helping children and individuals with serious mental illness. She has served on a variety of boards over the years, including the Foster Care Review Board, Advocates for the Disabled and the Town of Gilbert Parks and Recreation Commission. She advocates for the rights of the less fortunate, both in the courtroom and in the community.
Prior to attending law school at Arizona State University, Ms. Williamson worked for nine years in the insurance industry and earned the designation of CPCU, Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. Her knowledge about insurance and financial issues can provide an edge during settlement negotiations.
