Attorney Neibra Collins Williams has over 16 years of experience as a practicing attorney. Attorney Williams was born and raised in Quincy, Florida. Working her way through college, Neibra graduated from Florida State University in. May 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and subsequently received her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law in December 1999. She has been a member of The Florida Bar since April 1994.
After graduating law school a semester early, Attorney Williams began her career as a Staff Attorney with Legal Services of North Florida, Inc. providing legal services to the poor. Thereafter, she joined the Law Office of Judith W. Hawkins, who is now a prominent Leon County Judge. Under the mentoring of Judge Hawkins, Attorney Williams practiced primarily in the areas of Marital and Family Law and Juvenile Dependency and Delinquency. After leaving the Law Office of Judith W. Hawkins, Attorney Williams joined the firm of Brown and Brown, Attorneys at Law P.A. where she continued to practice Marital and Family Law as well as Personal Injury and General Civil Litigation. In 1997, Attorney Williams relocated to Pensacola, Florida and opened her own law firm, the Law Office of Neibra Collins Williams and practiced there for several years in the areas of Marital and Family Law, Probate and Guardianship, Personal Injury and General Civil Litigation. After Hurricane Ivan hit the Gulf Coast in 2004, Attorney Williams returned to her roots. She transferred her law office to Tallahassee, Florida and also served as "Of Counsel" to Pittman Law Group through March 2007.

As an established and respected attorney, Attorney Williams also knows the importance of giving back to the community. In 2003, she helped found A Will & A Way, a non-profit organization providing ministry, education, and uplifting to women incarcerated in the Escambia County Jail. She has also served on The Florida Bar Grievance Committee' for the First. Judicial Circuit. Her membership also included: The Gulf Coast African American Chamber of Commerce, the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association, Tallahassee Women Lawyers, and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
