Mr. David Williams attended Clark University in Worchester, Massachusetts, where he earned his B.A. in Psychology. David then attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Williams joined K/S as “Of Counsel” in early 2008.

For more than a decade, Mr. Williams has been practicing criminal and traffic defense in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. During his tenure as an attorney in South Florida, Mr. Williams has successfully defended matters ranging from traffic citations to second degree felonies.

Mr. Williams has used his knowledge and skill as an advocate to obtain not guilty verdicts and reduced charges through the use of trial by jury and motion practice in hundreds of criminal cases. He has also negotiated countless favorable plea offers with the Office of the State Attorney. David has obtained dismissals of thousands of traffic citations through the use of motions to dismiss and trial.

Mr. Williams primary concentration at the firm is as a criminal and traffic criminal defense attorney, representing a wide range of criminal defense cases including, DUI, possession, traffic criminal matters such as operating without valid license, driving while license suspended, and many other criminal defense matters.
