Charlie is the newest attorney to join Williams and Williams, Attorneys at Law. The primary focus of Charlie's practice includes both Civil litigation and Criminal defense. In particular, Charlie handles cases including, but not limited to tort cases, automobile accidents, wrongful death, slip and fall cases, contracts disputes, premises liability, products liability, marital litigation and real estate law.

Charlie was born in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. He attended Orangeburg Preparatory School (Orangeburg, SC) and graduated from Woodberry Forest School (Orange, VA) in 2000. While at Woodberry, Charlie played 3 varsity sports and studied abroad at the University of Vienna in Vienna, Austria. In 2004, Charlie graduated with Honors from Wofford College (Spartanburg, SC), acquiring a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. While at Wofford College, Charlie was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order, and he studied abroad in various locations such as Thailand, New Zealand, and China. After attending Wofford College, Charlie was a licensed realtor for Scalise Realty in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. In 2009, Charlie received his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While attending law school, Charlie was a member of the Student Bar Association, Phi Delta Phi, and the John Belton O'Neal Inn of Court.

Charlie is married to Lauren Blake (Smith) Williams of Bamberg, South Carolina. After working four years in oncology and the recovery unit at Palmetto Health Richland, Blake accepted the school nurse position at Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School in 2009. Charlie is the proud father of Charles H. Williams IV "Cholly", who was born in February of 2010. Charlie and his family are currently residing at Lake Marion, in Summerton, South Carolina.

Charlie is licensed and admitted to practice law in the State of South Carolina.
