Mr. Madison's practice concentrates in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, commercial real estate financing, real property valuation matters (Board of Revisions and Board of Tax Appeals), lease negotiation, land and site development, Ohio real estate brokerage law, and real estate and business litigation. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Madison is an elected Member of Bexley City Council.
Mr. Madison is a frequent speaker for the Ohio State Bar Association on various real estate topics and is an approved lecturer by the Ohio Division of Real Estate. Mr. Madison is also a licensed real estate broker (inactive) and an active member of the Bexley-Eastmoor-Berwick Realtors Association.
Mr. Madison was a partner in the law firm of Swedlow, Butler, Lewis, Madison, and Dye prior to forming Madison & Rosan, LLP.
Mr. Madison is married with five children. Outside of practicing law, Mr. Madison enjoys playing many sports and coaching youth sports. Mr. Madison is involved in many charitable organizations including Charity Newsies, Pelontonia, and the Bexley Celebrations Association.
