Laurens Wilkes' practice is concentrated on complex commercial civil litigation in state and federal courts with a focus on intellectual property cases, ERISA litigation, and governmental investigations. Laurens has significant experience with e-discovery matters including data retention policies, data collection issues, and data processing. He also has experience with corporate compliance issues. Prior to joining Jones Day he was a law clerk for the Honorable Ron Clark in the Eastern District of Texas where he was involved with numerous intellectual property cases.
