Mahan, Armer H.

Mr. Wiesner practices in the Firm's Pharmaceutical Products group, where he currently works primarily on the defense of the serial bisphosphonate multidistrict litigation centralized in the Middle District of Tennessee.

Mr. Wiesner has significant experience with the case-specific aspects of mass tort discovery. He frequently deposes plaintiffs, medical practitioners, and other fact witnesses in jurisdictions across the country. Mr. Wiesner also has significant experience in pre-trial motions practice, having crafted numerous discovery, summary judgment, Daubert, and dispositive motions. Most recently, Mr. Wiesner has gained substantial trial experience as a key member of several trial teams assembled to defend high-stakes mass-tort cases, including bellwether cases tried in consolidated federal court litigation.

In law school, Mr. Wiesner was a member of the William & Mary Moot Court Team and the William & Mary Environmental Law & Policy Review. He is a graduate of the Firm's 2006 Summer Associate program.
