Jessica Wiedemann focuses her practice on commercial financing transactions, representing banks and other financial institutions, as well as public and private companies, in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities. Jessica has documented syndicated, multiple bank senior credit facilities, single-lender facilities, and asset-based facilities. She has experience in cross-border, multicurrency, acquisition financing, and real estate financing transactions and in senior and subordinated credit facilities.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
