MacDowell, John R.

Rick is a former workers’ compensation Judge and has been with the Noack Law Firm since 1999. He received his BA degree, cum Laude, from St. Olaf College, studied philosophy at the University of Wisconsin and earned his JD degree from the University of Minnesota.

He has successfully represented hundreds of injured workers over the years and has won or settled many personal injury cases securing hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlements, court decisions and jury verdicts.

Rick’s interests include gardening, reading and politics.
