Jerry Lutz has over 20 years experience in a broad range of real estate and land use matters, including real property sales and leasing, land and water use, energy project development, and condemnation.
Jerry has helped clients in a number of high profile real estate transactions, such as Boeing's 777 Siting Agreement with the State of Washington, sale of the Salish Lodge at Snoqualmie Falls and the One Bellevue Center, the Galleria, Bellevue Towers properties, development of the Avondale emergency shelter and transitional housing project, the Snoqualmie Preservation Project, and a number of condemnation matters.
Jerry has also successfully represented clients in a number of important land use proceedings and projects, ranging from public infrastructure such as schools, power plants and other energy infrastructure to residential subdivisions and commercial developments. His experience covers the spectrum of land use issues, SEPA and NEPA compliance, GMA planning, shoreline management, local permitting, federal and state historic preservation (including traditional cultural properties), brownfields' use and redevelopment, Clean Water Act compliance (401 certification, 404 permitting, and 303(d) listings), and Endangered Species Act listing and compliance processes, among others.
