Jeffrey J. Whitehead, Esq. received a JD from Brigham Young University and a BA from Brigham Young University. Jeffrey has lectured and written on issues affecting health care providers and organizations, including, but not limited to, Anti=Kick statute, False Claims Act, Affordable Care Act, Stark Law, corporate compliance programs, antitrust concerns, integrated delivery systems, physician networks, hospital-joint ventures, fraud and abuse compliance, asset protection, health care intellectual property licensing, and managed care contracting.
Jeff Whitehead’s legal expertise includes but is not limited to corporate compliance, risk management, human resources, operational legal affairs, business structures, networks, physician estate plans, health care intellectual property licensing and practice sales and dissolutions. Jeff has a strong background in operations, having served as both the Counsel to the Nevada State Medical Association, counsel to several rural hospitals, and numerous physician practices in and throughout the Great Basin region.
