Bruce Luna's practice focuses on asset securitization and structured finance. He has represented issuers, underwriters, and collateral managers in private securitizations, including asset-backed CDO transactions, synthetic CDO transactions, commercial real estate CDO transactions, and middle market CLO transactions. Bruce has also represented financial institutions in single seller commercial paper conduit and derivative transactions.
