Kirsten Wharton joined the Ocean Pointe office as an Associate in 2009, after articling with the B.C. Ministry of Attorney General and a corporate law firm in downtown Vancouver.

Kirsten practices as a solicitor in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate law, and wills and estates. Her wills practice involves advising clients on general estate and incapacity planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and other tools to minimize taxes on death and to effectively provide for beneficiaries.
