Dennis M. Lynch graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2007. He began working for the firm as a law clerk in 2001 and became an associate attorney once licensed. While studying at Loyola, he was a member of the Law Journal, Symposium Editor of the Consumer Law Review, and received CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in Evidence, Advanced Evidence, and Illinois Litigation.
He graduated with highest honors from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois in 2004 and received the Criminal Justice Department Award. During college, Dennis actively and successfully competed with the American Mock Trial Association. He continues to volunteer his time with the Association.
Dennis concentrates his practice in all areas of personal injury and workers' compensation, and has successfully resolved many cases through settlement, arbitration and trial. He has also pursued appeals in the Illinois Appellate Court and the Illinois Supreme Court.
He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA), the Illinois State Bar Association, where he was appointed to the Tort Law Section Council and the American Association for Justice, where he was elected to the Board of Governors of the Interstate Trucking Litigation Group. He has frequently been invited to speak or write on behalf of ITLA, IICLE, APITLA, ISBA and AAJ on a wide variety of topics.
